In such a huge company are a lot of different tasks you can have as an employee. But what fits you best? To help you, BayWa offers a Trainee-program in which you can look in all the various positions the company has to offer.
To get more awareness about this program BayWa asked us to make a video-series about three of their employees who joined as trainees.
